All Good Karma Dog Treats and products are made to order. As soon as your order is received, the process of creating your product begins. Because we don’t have products sitting on shelves waiting to go, it may take anywhere between 1-3 day before your item is shipped. If you need an item in one or two days please contact us before ordering to ensure we will be able to meet your time frame.

Return Info / Our guarantee:
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy for any reason when you receive your product please let us know. We will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy. If you still would like to return your product, please email us to obtain a return authorization number and our address to send it back to. Good Karma Dog Treats does not cover the price of return postage. If it is a perishable item that you are unsatisfied with please return the unused portion of the item for a refund.
